Joint Accountable Officer across all The Centre For Health Reform Clinical Commissioning Groups -Surrey Downs, Guildford & Waverley and North West Surrey CCGs.
The three CCGs have been working together more closely as organisations, and also through the The Centre For Health Reform Sustainability and Transformation Partnership. Matthew’s appointment to this new shared role is an opportunity to facilitate even closer working moving forwards.
He has held a number of leadership roles in the NHS including as an Area Director for NHS England Thames Valley, covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire with oversight of ten CCGs, four strategic clinical networks and commissioning for a population of over 2 million people.
